Client Representative / Offshore Manager experienced in tasks which have involved but are not limited to: full vessel mobilisations, DimCon, ROV operations, LBL array installation and management, Out of Straightness surveys (OOS), pipeline inspections, structure inspections, cable route surveys, geophysical UXO and wreck site surveys, spool piece metrology, Pre-Lay, As-Laid, As-Built surveys, structure installations (PLETs, PLEMs, SDUs, UTAs, Manifolds, ILTs, Mattresses, Sleepers, Buckle initiators, Jumpers/Flexi-Jumpers, Flying Leads etc.), heavy lift, construction and decommissioning, Flooding Gauging and Testing (FGT), trenching (CFE; Control Flow Excavation and TROV; Trenching Remotely Operated Vehicle), rectification works, grouting, boulder and debris clearance, dive support, Umbilical lay and Pipelay (rigid and flexible), pre-commissioning and commissioning, .

Position responsibilities have included the overall management and supervision of project related survey and construction activities. Liaise with Project management, Client/Company Representatives, marine, survey and ROV crew on contractual and operational matters. Managing vessel operations while promoting a safe and healthy working environment, creating task plans, chairing daily meetings, attending conference calls, creating, and issuing DPR’s, MOC’s, NCR’s, QC and issue Site memorandums and Field reports etc. Additional duties included managing and supporting survey personnel with on-board and subsea systems, while always maintaining a thorough knowledge of project progression. This includes timely, cost effective and accurate execution of the survey scope of work according to approved project procedures.
